Why I do this work
For nearly two decades, meditation has been part of my life — not just something I practice, but something I’ve lived, studied, and shared.Since 2006, I’ve trained with leading meditation teachers, lived in ashrams, sat with Zen masters like Dolano, and returned to India year after year to deepen my understanding of the mind and presence. I’ve explored both silent sitting and active meditations, and guided many others through their first steps — supporting them in integrating meditation into their lives in a lasting, grounded way.I hold an International MBA from IE Business School and work fluently in Spanish, English, and French — moving fluidly between personal transformation and professional environments. I’m deeply inspired by the way people like Jay Shetty bridge ancient tools with modern life, and my own work lives in that same space: grounded, simple, and human.It’s a joy to share what took years to discover — and a gift to witness the quiet shift that happens when others reconnect with their inner stillness.
